3. Defining brief, scope, timeline, and budget
The AD creates a full project plan, including all key milestones and updated quote.

The new project plan and quote is provided to the Strategist, Artwork and Lead Designer for review and feedback.

AD provides the project plan, revised quote, and reverse brief (if required) to the client for sign-off.
If Digital-first, remember to allow a longer Quality Check phase at the end for online activation, testing, etc.
Remember to price any video and/or animation element separately. Also include quote for hosting, Flipbook hosting and preparation etc.

Based on client sign-off, JobBag is updated, and all future phases and milestones are entered.

The AD provides a final project plan to everyone working on the project, and to the Creative and Artwork Directors to assist with planning. They may also call a kickstart meeting to ensure everyone understands requirements and deadlines.
