1. Briefing & Set-up

AD (and/or strategist for new clients) takes the initial brief from the client and prepares indicative quote (RFP response) and high-level timeline, agreeing hours required with Strategist, Artwork and Lead Designer.

• Ask if it’s a digital-first approach at this stage, as this will impact budget.

• Expect the price to be about 5–10% higher if digital first.

AD provides indicative quote to client.

When quote accepted, hours and timings are set up in JobBag for the Discovery phase.
