Strategy
Defining the overall approach/theme driven by audience’s insights.
2. Wireframes, prototype, and statement of work
The Client and Digital Strategist meet to review the UX requirement. The Digital Strategist is responsible for turning the content matrix into wireframes but may brief a specialist UX designer to get the work done.
–
The wireframes are completed in Figma and set up as a clickable prototype so that key navigation, user journeys and site movement can be reviewed.
Full wireframe set are developed for desktop and mobile (by default), unless other requirements are specified.
–
Notes/annotations are added to the wireframes to ensure key functionality or movement requirements and are understood in the review process.
–
Once completed, the wireframes prototype is provided to the Lead Designer, Client Strategist, External Developer and DP to review and confirm that:
all requirements have been captured as per brief, strategy, and content matrix; and to
Validate wireframes against proposed budgets and timeframes.
–
Feedback is added as comments to Figma.
–
The Digital Strategist addresses comments and updates the wireframes accordingly.
