The Digital Strategist, with support from the Client Strategist, proposes a high-level approach to solve the client’s communication challenge. This included recommendations on:
The overarching idea.
Success measures.
User journeys.
Structure.
High-level navigation.
Content approaches.
High-impact content recommendations.
Online/offline integration.
Social media.
Client interactions (sign-ups, comments, etc).
Driving new and repeat traffic.
SEO requirements.
Platform(s).

Based on the first draft of the recommended approach, the Lead Designer creates a mood board and/or examples of other sites to illustrate the approach to design, movement, and interaction.

Once the Digital Strategist is happy with the strategy, they share it with the project team, including the external developer.
