4. Client sign-off

Based on feedback from the client, the strategy is updated by the Digital Strategist.

  • As required, discussions with Lead Designer, AD, external developer and/or Client Strategist depending on client feedback and the resulting changes.

  • Confirm that project can be done within the proposed time and budget or update both, for client approval.

The updated strategy (and update budgets and project plan) is provided to the client.

Once client approves, the DP advises project team that the phase is complete and sends updated strategy document and project plan to everyone on the project.

JobBag budgets & timing are adjusted, and tasks are made active for the next phase.
