2. Developing high value-content (if required)
The Lead Designer works with the Strategist, to work through content that could benefit from high impact design. This could include infographics, value creation models, graphs, charts, and other visual story-telling devices.

The Lead Designer creates a brief for any external parties or other teams. This is reviewed by the AD and Strategist, and feedback is provided.

The client reviews and signs off the brief.

The Lead Designer briefs the chosen partner as required or undertakes the work themselves.

As the work is completed, it is reviewed internally by the Strategist and AD and feedback is provided.

The work is provided to the client for review and refines are undertaken based on client feedback.
