4. Rollout

If required, Strategist develops a brand rollout/launch strategy for further discussion with the client.

AD and Strategist meet with client to discuss the launch and rollout plans and to identify the high impact elements to be designed e.g. recruitment materials, adverts, banners, intranet pages, PowerPoint, videos, merchandising, etc.

AD gathers specifications for the agreed material.

AD briefs the Lead Designer on key execution elements and their specifications.

Lead Designer creates design concepts for each one and reviews them with the AD and Strategist.

The Lead Designer and AD present the execution elements to the client for feedback.

The preferred design approach is updated based on client feedback.

The client signs-off the design approaches.

The Lead Designer and AD use the concepts to brief the Artwork team of the concept and what’s coming up and when.
