1. Research
Strategist develops a research plan for review and sign-off by the client. This covers new research required as well as existing research to be reviewed.

Strategist develops survey and/or interview/focus group discussion guide.

Strategist undertakes research.

Strategist writes up the results of the research including any key insights, implications and directions that come out of the research.

The research findings are presented to the client by the Strategist, Lead Designer and AD.
