2. Strategic Recommendation Development

Strategist develops the high-level internal engagement strategy recommendation that include some or all, of the following:

  • Audience insights

  • Potential messaging platform directions.

  • Potential channels and mediums to get to target audiences.

  • Engagement phases/stages.

  • Alignment with external brand and strategic framework (vision, purpose, values, etc)

Strategist briefs AD and Lead Designer on brand strategy and refines the thinking based on their feedback.
