Based on the signed off designs, the Lead Designer develops a style sheet which should at least include:
The colour palette and any rules for applying it to meet accessibility standards.
Typography styles for at least H1 – H5
Rollover states
Button styles
Hyper-link styles
Defined spacing between blocks
Animation requirements
Etc.

Once completed, the DP advises the project team that the phase is complete and sends updated designs and project plan to everyone on the project.
