Internal: If budget allows the Digital Strategist, Client Strategist and Lead Designer to complete a final review of the solution.

Observations and feedback to be focussed on improving the finish solution and must be within the following categories:

  • Design

  • UX

  • Content

  • Animation/movement

If budget doesn’t allow DP to progress the project to #3 Pre-launch preparation.

Note: Functional/development changes do not qualify for optimisation.

All changes are identified, and timing/costs assessed for inclusion.
