7. BETA, User Acceptance
DP arranges for the final site review as part of development due diligence and client acceptance. (internal and external).

DP to provide all user test cases for all reviewers to check for approval. Test cases should reflect Strategy and functional specification deliverables

Client to review site (using provided test cases) and provide acceptance.

All tickets and/or bugs to be recorded within BugHerd – managed by the DP. Important; clients to be provided the ability to raise tickets, but not review the board

The DP to review/triage all the tickets, ensuring they are correctly categorised, prioritised and don’t affect scope/timings.

JobBag tasks are closed, and DP makes tasks active for the next phase.
