3. Requirements Gathering & reverse brief
DP arranges access to analytics and produces reports to showcase how visitors are getting to the site (location, time, device, social/organic, etc) and what they are doing while on the site.

If additional research with users or content owners is required, the Digital Strategist develops a research plan to align with budget and timing.

The research plan is provided to the client for approval.

The DP arranges interviews/ discussions and other requirements.

The Digital Strategist leads this research work but may use a specialist to undertake the interviews and summarise findings.

If required, the Digital Strategist develops a reverse brief for the client that captures the requirements and key learnings from the Discovery workshop(s) and requirements gathering phase.
