2. Discovery Workshop and reverse brief

DP arranges time for Discovery workshop(s) with client.

Client and/or Digital Strategist develops workshop discussion guide and agenda – including any client homework.

DP and Lead Designer review discussion guide and agenda and provide feedback.

Final agenda provided to client.

Client and/or Digital Strategist leads Discovery workshop(s) session using the discussion guide.

Depending on size of project, AD, Lead Designer and/or second strategist attend key workshops and ask questions to help clarify requirements and their understanding.
