AD arranges time for Discovery workshop(s) with client/ participants.

Strategist reviews all material provided and undertakes own desk-top research to understand the client, their audiences, their industry, recruitment practices and challenges, staff satisfaction, etc.

Strategist develops workshop discussion guide and agenda.

AD and Lead Designer review discussion guide and agenda and provide feedback.

Final agenda provided to client.

Strategist leads Discovery workshop(s) session using the discussion guide.

AD and Lead Designer attend key workshops and ask questions to help clarify requirements and their understanding.
