2. Warranty & Archiving
By default, Insight offers a 30-day warranty on their website work. The timeframe commences from the day the site is made live.

During this period, all comments and feedback from the client are reviewed and triaged either for urgent development (e.g. errors, functionality that doesn’t work) or bundled up into a block of scheduled fixes. (e.g. things that aren’t as expected/agreed.)

It is important to ensure feedback relates to remedying issues/bugs and don’t represent new scope.

At the end of the phase, the DP ensures the ‘Staging’ site is decommissioned and all development files are archived.
