Based on the Strategic-Creative brief, the AD creates a full project plan and updated quote.

The new project plan and quote is provided to the Strategist and Lead Designer for review and feedback.

AD provides the project plan, revised quote, and reverse brief (if required) to the client for sign-off.

Based on client sign-off, JobBag is updated, and all future phases are entered.

The AD provides a final project plan to everyone working on the project.
