Strategist develops a testing plan for review and sign-off by the client.

Strategist outlines testing materials required and briefs the Lead Designer.

Strategist develops testing survey and/or interview/focus group discussion guide.

Strategist undertakes research.

Strategist writes up the results of the research and recommends any required changes.

The research findings are presented to the client by the Strategist, Lead Designer and AD.
–
The strategic recommendation, territory stories and mood board are updated based on client feedback.
–
The client reviews and agrees final strategic brand positioning.
